about

What are these maps?

TGPO's World War II Online maps are maps that can be printed to assist players in finding their way around Playnet's MMO (developed by Cornered Rat Software), which is available on Steam. World War II Online was released on June 6th, 2001, and features an enourmous playing area covering all of Belgium and Luxembourg, and parts of England, France, Holland, and Germany, at half-scale. TGPO's WWIIOL maps can be very useful for players to navigate, and for leadership to plan operations. A TGPO's WWIIOL map was featured in the boxed release of WWIIOL: Battleground Europe!

Who is TGPO?

I started playing World War II Online with friends when the game was released, on June 6th, 2001. After an early patch that added several new CPs, my friends and I couldn't find an updated map, so I made one for us to use.

Figuring others might be suffering the same problem, I created TGPO.net to share the maps with the community, thus TGPO's World War II Online Maps were born!
